Pac-Man and Pepper celebrate their anniversary on a cruise ship. But they won't be alone as Pac-Baby and the pets manage to get onboard and the Ghost Monsters have stowed away in an effort to ruin the celebration. Mezmeron learns of a secret shipment Pac-Man is making in an armored truck. He provides the Ghost Monsters with a supercar outfitted with special abilities and gadgets that will enable them to steal the truck. Will they succeed, or will Pac-Man get the upper hand again?
