After the Pacs repel a Ghost Monster attack at home, Pac-Man think he has a bad case of "Chompitis". Pepper takes him to the hospital so he can be checked out. When the Ghosts learn of this, they look to get revenge. Pac-Man and Ms.Pac-Man take Pac-Baby to the zoo where a day of fun becomes a day of havoc after Pac-Baby frees all the animals, causing them to run amok in PacLand.
