The Witch is getting impatient -- she decides to take Dorothys shoes from her -- when she goes to do this Toto attacks her -- the Witch tries to hit him -- Dorothy sees it ahppen and she fights back -- she hurls a bucket of water at the Witch ( well the Witch cant touch water) and promply melts therefore freeing all of her slaves ( the Quadling People).
