Mr. Bean's electricity is cut off when Mrs. Wicket sees her high electric bill so Bean decides to build a wind turbine. Mrs. Wicket wants to use hair dryer but when no sockets available, she steals the electricity of Bean's turbine without his permission. However, when the strong wind short circuits Bean's appliances and Mrs. Wicket's hair dryer, she ends up burning her hair and is brought to the hospital and Bean is able to get his electricity back.
