Mr. Bean takes Teddy on holiday to the seaside but a spoiled little girl there wants Teddy all to herself through her intimidating father. When they failed to get Teddy, the daughter successfully distracts Bean and retrieves Teddy. Bean chases them to the carnival and, after the brief struggle, he manage to get Teddy back.
